These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the TemplateMonster Loyalty Program, which is operated by Jetimpex, Inc. TemplateMonster reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the Loyalty Program and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.templatemonster.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in the TemplateMonster Loyalty Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the TemplateMonster Loyalty Program.
Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how TemplateMonster collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information.
How to Join TemplateMonster Loyalty Program?
- The Loyalty Program is open to customers who are over or at least 18 years of age. In order to enroll in the Loyalty Program, a customer must make a valid purchase of any item at Templatemonster, that is covered by the Loyalty Program.
How Does it Work?
- Customers get up to 30% cashback on their TemplateMonster account balance, depending on a number of orders placed and total amount spent.
- Loyalty Program bonus funds are added automatically and are available for use at TemplateMonster website immediately after an order is approved and purchased item is shipped.
- Loyalty Program bonus funds must be used within one year since placing the first order. Those funds that are not used within the specified term will expire automatically. After expiry loyalty bonus funds can be added again by making a new valid purchase.
- The gained Loyalty Program bonus level is bound to a TemplateMonster user account and is preserved after bonus funds expiry, as long as the Loyalty Program is in effect.
- With bonus funds, customer can pay full or partial order amount. The rest can be paid with any supported payment method.
- Free products are not the part of the Loyalty Program and downloading them will not influence Bonus Levels.
- Some of the Premium products and/or services at TemplateMonster website are not covered by the Loyalty Program. Purchasing such products will not generate Bonus levels or funds. Please make sure to check product description carefully to find out if it’s covered by the Loyalty Program.

Discounts and Promo Campaigns
- Cashback is calculated based on the final order amount after available discounts or personal promo codes are applied.
Refunds, Chargebacks, Exchanges
- In case a refund or a chargeback happens Bonus levels and funds gained will be recalculated accordingly. If Bonus funds are already spent then the difference will be deducted from the customer’s account balance.
- Item exchange does not affect Bonus level or funds as long as the replacement item is a part of the Loyalty Program.
Affiliates, Resellers
- Affiliate partners will get a full affiliate commission for the purchase which is covered by the Loyalty Program.
- Reseller partners do not take part in the Loyalty Program and will not get a commission payment for such purchase.
Author’s
- All author products take part in the Loyalty Program by default.
- An author can exclude a product from participation in the Loyalty Program via author account.
- An author does not get author commission for the purchase which is covered by the Loyalty Program.
Miscellaneous
- Loyalty Program bonus is bound to a TemplateMonster user account and is preserved after bonus funds expiry, as long as the Loyalty Program is in effect.
It is personal to an account owner and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others.
- Without notice to you, TemplateMonster reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in the TemplateMonster Loyalty Program if TemplateMonster determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, if the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. In the event that your participation in the Loyalty Program is terminated, then all accumulated bonus funds in your account are void.
- TemplateMonster reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the TemplateMonster Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.
